ok well from my experience, LLEIDA PSICOLOGO (as a tae kwon do black belt ) Id say that some advantages of tae kwon do is that after time you get disciplined, your muscles get toned (uper body and lower body of course), speed in the kicks, you can loose weight, its very good if you have stress problems.It also can help to get self estem and have confidence in your self.

You learn combat, but it can only be used in the doyang. I recomend it because its an excellent excercise if you want to work your entire body, it reduces weight, and helps most of psicologic problems such as stress and depresion.
